How it works

  1. 1Pick a clear, well-lit photo of your pet.
  2. 2Choose a style and, if you like, describe the outfit, colors or background.
  3. 3Generate, compare and download in up to 4K for printing.

Tips for a portrait that looks like your pet

  • Use a sharp, well-lit photo taken at your pet's eye level, with the whole head in view and the eyes open.
  • Crop the photo to just your pet: leave out people, hands and other animals.
  • Mention the breed, fur colors and any special markings in the description, e.g. “tan patch over the left eye”.
  • Compare the portrait with your photo before you print or gift it. AI can change small markings, so regenerate if anything looks off.

Frequently asked questions

Will the portrait look like my pet?

Every style tells the model to keep your pet's breed, markings, fur colors, eye color and ear shape, and it usually does. Small details like a single spot can still change, so compare with your photo and regenerate if needed. A clear, close-up photo helps the most.

Can I put two pets in one portrait?

Yes. Upload one photo of each pet (up to 4 photos) and describe how they should appear together, e.g. “the dog and the cat sitting side by side”. Check that each pet still looks like itself before you print.

Can I print it?

Yes. You can generate at 1K, 2K or 4K. Choose 2K or 4K for framed prints, canvases and posters; 1K is fine for profile pictures, phone wallpapers and previews. Your print shop can tell you the resolution it needs for each print size.

Can I sell custom pet portraits made with it?

Yes. You own the images generated for you, to the extent permitted by law and by our AI model providers' terms, so you can sell them as prints or digital files. Only use photos you have permission to use, such as photos customers send of their own pets. Marketplaces have their own rules for AI-made items: Etsy, for example, requires you to disclose that AI was used and doesn't allow AI-made work to be presented as handmade. Check the current rules before you list.

Are my photos private?

Your uploads and portraits are visible only in your account. We never publish them, and our AI provider does not use API data to train its models by default. See our Privacy Policy.

What does it cost?

You pay per image with credits. There is no subscription, credits never expire, and failed generations are refunded automatically. 2K and 4K cost more than 1K; the studio shows the exact cost before you generate.

A standard portrait (1K, standard quality, with your photo as reference) costs 3 credits, about $0.12–$0.15. No subscription, and credits never expire.
