Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to everything you type, upload or generate with the Service. All images produced by the Service are AI-generated. You may not use the Service to create, upload or request any of the following.

1. Prohibited content

  1. Pornography and sexual content (NSFW): nudity, sexual acts, and sexually explicit, suggestive or fetish content of anyone, real or fictional.
  2. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and child safety: any content that sexualizes, endangers or exploits minors, including fictional, drawn or "aged-up" depictions. We report such material to the relevant authorities.
  3. Violence and gore: graphic violence, gore, mutilation or torture, and content that glorifies or incites violence, terrorism or mass harm.
  4. Hate speech and harassment: content that attacks or demeans people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or other protected characteristics; extremist symbols or propaganda; threats, bullying or harassment.
  5. Deepfakes and impersonation: face swaps; "nudify" or undressing edits; placing a real person's face or likeness into other content; intimate scenes involving real people; showing a real person saying or doing something they did not say or do; and content that impersonates a person, brand or organization. This applies whether or not the people involved consent.
  6. Copyright and trademark infringement: copyrighted characters, artwork, logos or trademarks you do not have the rights to use, and counterfeit products.

Also prohibited:

  • Real people without consent: images of identifiable private individuals or public figures without their explicit consent.
  • Self-harm: content that promotes or provides instructions for suicide, self-harm or eating disorders.
  • Illegal or deceptive content: content that facilitates illegal activity, fake documents, IDs or receipts, or misinformation intended to deceive, including presenting AI-generated images as real photographs to mislead others.
  • Platform misuse: automated scraping, creating multiple accounts for free credits, trying to bypass our filters or limits, or reselling access.

2. Reference images and real people

Only upload reference images that you own or have permission to use. Do not upload photos of other people without their consent. Before uploading, you must confirm that you have the rights to the images and the consent of anyone shown in them.

3. How we moderate content

  • Before generation: every prompt is checked against our list of prohibited terms, which we update regularly, and by a third-party content moderation service. Uploaded reference images are scanned by automated image moderation. If a check cannot be completed, the request is refused.
  • During generation: the model provider's own safety system refuses disallowed requests.
  • After generation: every generated image is scanned by automated image moderation before it is shown to you. Flagged images are withheld and never delivered, and their credits are returned.
  • Generated images are private to your account; there is no public gallery.
  • We keep records of blocked requests and review reported content and appeals manually.
  • Blocked requests and withheld images are not charged.

4. Enforcement

  • Five blocked requests within 24 hours automatically pause image generation on the account for 24 hours.
  • We may remove content and suspend or permanently ban accounts that break this policy. Credits on accounts banned for violations are forfeited and not refunded.
  • Child sexual abuse material leads to an immediate permanent ban and a report to the authorities.
  • We cooperate with law enforcement and rights holders where required by law.

5. Report content or misuse

Email [email protected] with the subject "Report" and include what you saw, the account email or image link if you have it, and why it violates this policy. Rights holders can send takedown requests to the same address. We acknowledge reports within 2 business days, remove violating content and take action against the accounts involved.

6. Appeals

If you believe a request was blocked or your account was restricted by mistake, email [email protected] from your account email with the subject "Appeal". A person reviews every appeal and replies within 3 business days.
