14-day refunds for unused credits

If you are not satisfied, you can request a refund within 14 days of a purchase. We refund the unused credits from that purchase in full. If you have already used part of the pack, we refund the unused portion pro rata. Credits that have been used to generate images cannot be refunded, except where required by law.

Failed generations

If a generation fails or is blocked by our safety systems, the credits for it are returned to your balance automatically. You do not need to contact us.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from your account email with your order date, or use the link in your Waffo Pancake receipt email to contact Waffo Pancake directly. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Waffo Pancake, our Merchant of Record, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

Free and promotional credits

Free credits have no cash value and are not refundable.

Refunds, chargebacks and account balance

When a purchase is refunded or charged back, the credits from it are removed from your balance. Accounts that abuse refunds or chargebacks, or that are terminated for violating our Acceptable Use Policy, may not be eligible for refunds.

This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
